    Cancellations and refunds are not entertained by the nature of the product.

   We prioritize our customer satisfaction and ensure all products have undergone thorough inspections before being handed over to the delivery partner to meet the highest quality standards. However, in the rare case of dissatisfaction with your purchase, our refund policy is outlined below.

Refunds

·       Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for orders that include damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please note, cancellations or changes to an order are not accepted once it has been placed.

·       Proof of Issue: For cases involving incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we require email confirmation along with clear photographs of the items to evaluate and proceed with the necessary actions.

·        Compensation: If a compensation is warranted, a voucher will be provided to the customer. This voucher can be used for future purchases on our website.

Returns and exchange

·       The shipping for domestic deliveries will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the order.

·       We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once the order is placed, we strictly do not offer any exchange or returns or offer alterations.

  • The customer places an order on the website and completes the online payment.

2    Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 7Mounts begins order processing, which includes order verification, a secondary inspection of finished goods, packing, preparing the shipment, and dispatching.
  • Timeline: Processing is typically completed within 8-14 days from the date of order and payment.
  • Express Delivery: For express orders, 7Mounts ensures preparation aligns with the promised delivery date.

3    Delivery Partner

  • After processing, the order is transferred to a registered delivery partner or postal service within the 8–14-day window, unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery Scope: All deliveries are currently limited to India.

4     Courier Handling Company

  • Once the package is with the delivery partner, 7Mounts' responsibility ends.
  • Delivery Times: Domestic delivery takes approximately 2-7 days depending on the location within India. Actual delivery times depend on the courier company’s transit policies.

5  Delivery Confirmation

  • A confirmation email is sent to the customer’s registered email once the package has been dispatched.
